Welcome to SiquijorIslander by Don ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. We are a bridge, not a seller
The App is an independent listing and directory platform. We simply connect you with independent local businesses (restaurants, resorts, activity providers, event organisers and others). We do not own, operate, prepare, cook, deliver, or sell any of the food, products, services, events or experiences listed. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business.
2. Orders, delivery & payment
When you place a food order or request a service, your order goes directly to the business via WhatsApp or Messenger. Everything about that order — food quality, preparation, availability, delivery, delivery time, delivery fees (which are set by the business and may change based on your location), and payment — is handled solely between you and that business. We do not collect payment, set prices, guarantee delivery, or take any commission on your order. Payment is made directly to the business (cash or GCash on delivery, or as the business arranges).
3. Bookings, RSVPs & events
Reservations, RSVPs, and event attendance are arranged with and fulfilled by the business or organiser. We do not guarantee availability, schedules, pricing, or that any event will take place.
4. Accuracy of information
Listings, menus, prices, photos, opening hours, fees and other details are provided by the businesses themselves. We do our best but cannot guarantee that any information is accurate, current, or complete. Confirm important details directly with the business.
5. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiquijorIslander by Don, its owner, and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, dispute, delay, cost, or disappointment arising from your dealings with any business, from any order, delivery, booking, product, service or event, or from your use of the App. You use the App and deal with businesses at your own risk.
6. Your account & conduct
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate details and to use the App lawfully and respectfully.
7. Data storage & marketing consent
By using the App you agree that your information — including your account details, contact information, order history, and usage data — is collected, stored, and may be used for marketing, promotions, analytics, personalisation, and to improve the App and its services. We may contact you with offers, updates and promotional messages. Relevant order and contact details are shared with the business you order from so they can fulfil your order. You may request changes to your marketing preferences by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By applying to list your business on SiquijorIslander by Don ("the App"), you ("the Operator") agree to these Terms.
1. You run your own business
The App is an independent listing and directory platform that helps customers discover your business. You remain fully independent — the App does not own, manage, or control your business, products, services, menu, pricing, or operations.
2. Your information is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide — business name, menu, prices, photos, opening hours, contact details, delivery fees, events and any other content. Keep it current and truthful. The App is not responsible for errors in information you supply.
3. You are liable for your products & service
You are solely liable for everything you sell and do — food safety and quality, preparation, availability, delivery and delivery fees, fulfilment, timing, customer service, refunds, and any disputes with customers. Orders reach you directly via WhatsApp or Messenger and are fulfilled entirely by you. The App does not handle, guarantee, or take commission on your orders.
4. The App is not liable
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiquijorIslander by Don, its owner, and its administrators are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, or cost arising from your business, your listings, your orders, your dealings with customers, or your use of the App.
5. Boosts, slots & charges
Sponsored listing and event boosts are sold in limited slots at the published prices. When a slot is open, your boost goes live and you are charged. When a tier is full you may join the waitlist at no charge; if a slot frees and your boost goes live, you are charged the pre-authorised amount then. Active boosts run for their full period and are not cancellable mid-period.
6. Licence to display your content
You grant the App permission to display your business name, information, photos and listings within the App and in App promotions.
7. Data storage & marketing consent
You agree that your business and account data is collected, stored, and may be used for marketing, analytics, promotion of the App, and to improve the service. The App may feature or promote your business and may contact you with updates and offers.
8. Legal compliance
You are responsible for your own business permits, registration, licences, food-safety compliance, and taxes under Philippine law.
9. Suspension & changes
The App may edit, suspend, or remove listings that breach these Terms, and may update these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
